Switchback is the operating system behind Camp Strategy.
Booking, pipeline, reputation, and reporting — built in-house, on Camp Strategy’s own rules, instead of stitched together from someone else’s software.
We Don’t Guess. We Model. We Validate. We Execute.
What’s running underneath
Six pieces, one system — not six subscriptions.
Booking
One calendar rule, enforced automatically
A visitor only ever sees a time when Jeff, Lisa, and Justin are all free — checked live against all three calendars, re-checked again the instant before it's confirmed.
Pipeline
Every booked call becomes a tracked deal
New Inquiry through Won or Lost, with automation already running underneath it — confirmations, reminders, and a nudge when something's gone quiet.
Weekly
The Monday-morning report writes itself
Every client's latest update and every workstream's status, in one screen, with a button that turns it into the notes you actually bring to the meeting.
Reputation
Reviews and social, watched for you
Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube in one place — anything that needs a reply is flagged the moment it comes in, with a draft already started.
Reporting
The numbers, the moment someone asks
Calls booked, win rate, pipeline value — by week, by month, or year to date — and an assistant that answers a plain question instead of making someone go find the chart.
Security
Built to not be the reason you're in the news
Per-person logins, hashed passwords, rate-limited endpoints, and encrypted tokens — the CRM is closed by default, not hardened as an afterthought.
Why build it in-house
A rented tool can’t enforce a rule this specific.
Calendly and GoHighLevel have no clean way to say “only book this when Jeff, Lisa, and Justin are all free.” That single rule is the reason Switchback exists — everything else it does (the pipeline, the weekly report, the reputation dashboard) is what naturally follows once the booking layer is something Camp Strategy actually owns.
No per-seat licensing, no vendor data model to fight, and a system shaped around how Camp Strategy actually runs engagements — not a generic template with Camp Strategy’s logo pasted on top.
Built for
- — Independent campground & RV resort owners
- — RV resort developers moving from raw land to opening day
- — Institutional investors & private equity managing serious capital
- — Distressed-asset owners who need a turnaround, not a guess
Runs on seeded demo data right now — no real calendar connected yet.
Every external integration sits behind a swappable adapter, so going live is a matter of environment variables, not a rewrite. See the README for how to connect the real partners’ calendars.
